Admissions associates are responsible for collecting money for parking, selling admission tickets, scanning tickets at turnstiles and processing season passes.

CALL CENTER/GROUP SALES ASSOCIATE
Field all incoming calls for Group Sales and provide callers with information on various ticket programs, pricing and special events. Responsibilities of this position also include providing support to Group Sales, as directed, by generating ticket sales via direct phone contact.

• Ability to type 40 words per minute

Job Overview: Responsible for selling admission tickets and service to groups of 25 or more. Handles inquiries from callers, providing them with accurate information on the appropriate group programs/prices that fit the group's needs. Processes ticket orders via on-line computer system in a prompt and efficient manner. Matches incoming payments (i.e. checks, cash, credit card charges) to previously placed ticket orders to ensure full payment is made. RIDE MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Responsible for maintaining the safe and proper operation of the park rides through daily inspection, maintenance and rehabilitation of all rides and components thereof.

Job Overview: Responsible for daily inspection of rides. Troubleshoot ride problems associated with downtimes at site and affect repairs as needed to bring the ride back online. Perform oil change on compressors or gear boxes. Maintain mechanical and pneudraulic rides and associated equipment. Repair ride cabins, torque tubes, break replacements, etc. Position requires Background Check and Urine Drug Screening Test.

RIDE OPERATOR
Responsible for operating park rides. They ensure the safety of guests by visually and physically checking all safety restraint systems.

Job Overview: Loads and unloads guests on rides safely, checking all safety restraint systems. Maintains safe ride procedures.
